Vítězové a poražení The Game Awards 2022

Ceremoniál vyhlašování cen The Game Awards 2022 je za námi a pokud patříte mezi valnou část neamerických nadšenců, kteří velkou show Geoffa Keighleyho prospali, tak máte ideální příležitost si s námi zrekapitulovat, jak celé předávání cen dopadlo.

Odpustíme si povídání o tom, že za úspěch se dá považovat již samotná nominace ve kterékoliv kategorii, a podíváme se rovnou na to, kdo si během večera odnášel z pódia sošky.

Ještě před samotným vypuknutím ceremoniálu se mluvilo především o dvou horkých kandidátech, u kterých se čekalo, že shrábnou většinu sošek pro sebe. Elden Ring a God of War Ragnarok nezklamaly. Zatímco epické pokračování Boha války uspělo v 6 hlavních kategoriích, tak soulsovka od From Software získala první místo jen čtyřikrát. Zato se jí ale povedlo ukořistit ocenění nejvyšší, a to Game of the Year. Dále Elden Ring uspěl například v kategoriích Best Art Direction nebo Best Game Direction.

Poté, co si Christopher Judge z podia odnesl sošku za svou roli Krata, schylovalo se k dalšímu epickému souboji. Kategorie Best Audio Design je mnohdy sledována se stejným napětím jako kategorie hlavní. I zde si to rozdaly již dvě zmiňované hry. Tentokrát ale ze souboje vyšla vítězně novinka od studia Santa Monica.

Celkově naprázdno vyšla další PlayStation exkluzivita Horizon: Forbidden West. Aloy ani její tvůrci nezískali jedinou cenu z hlavních kategoriích, a to i přes značný počet nominací.
